If you use the Mobile Maintenance App, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, then click the three dots in the top-right corner, and choose 'Scan QR Code' and scan the QR code below that corresponds with the type of phone you have. After you have scanned the code, the configuration screen will be updated and will show eenhoorn24209 as a YardiOne subdomain.

Additional Step (Android Only):

Once all that is updated, click the back button. This will bring you back to the login page. At this screen, click the back button again. From this screen click on the YardiOne Login button. Then click Login. Will should be able to login from here.
