Frequently Asked Question

The reason some functions in Yardi are being seemingly unresponsive is due to Chrome blocking popups. While we don’t want to allow all popups to be unrestricted we do want to allow popups from Yardi. To allow this do the following:

Go to: chrome://settings/content/popups?search=popup 

On the proceeding screen you will see a section that says “Allow” and to the far right of that there is a button that says “ADD”. Click on ADD.

A popup will display, in the input field enter the following: yardiasp13.com and click on the blue ADD bottom in the bottom right. You should be all set now. Chrome will no longer block popup content from Yardi.
